Does your SMA enroll PT assistants, Occupational Therapy assistants or Speech Language Pathology assistants? If so, are they reimbursed at a reduced rate?

This is specific to an attending providers responsibility and not how they are billed. What are they expected to do as an attending for SUD treatment? That type of deal.

Does anyone have policies specific to attending provider requirements? I’m not concerned about providers listed on inpatient hospital claims but what about LTC claims? SUD claims? Please advise.

I realize your reimbursement methodology differs from most Medicaid programs so this may or may not be applicable to you, but SMAs have to return the Federal Match within a year of the overpayment discovery.
