Provider Enrollment Metrics
Would states mind sharing their provider enrollment metrics with me? For example, how many days to reply to an email, triage documents, approve an application, process a revalidation, etc.

Is anyone willing to share their policies around EVV? Do you allow the PCAs to manually enter or override in and out times? Do you have a limit around how often updates can be made to their time? Can anyone update the times or does it require some sort of approval? Very interested to hear what other states are doing. Thanks!

Hi Floyd,
Our enrollment vendor relies on Medicare screenings when able or conduct site visits via Facetime or another platform that includes live video/audio. Once a facility has had a site visit and if new PTs are added to that location we just call the location to confirm that they work there and are not required to conduct the actual site visit again.

Hello! ND received our very first civil case settlement payment and we’re not sure how to: report the money on the CMS 64 and does any of it go to the MFCU? If so, what amount and how is that determined?

Does any state maintain a roster of individuals that weren’t enrolled with your SMA that you wouldn’t enroll if they applied? For example, we have PCAs that aren’t required to enroll if they work for a PCA agency. We’ve ran into instances where we’ve been alerted of instances of theft, etc. and we wouldn’t enroll the individual PCA if…

Hello,
We’re running into providers that are not providing any documentation during the audit process and when we send out the recovery letters they appeal and provide supporting documentation at that time. Does any SMA NOT allow that to happen? This is an unnecessary burden on our Legal Advisory Unit and creates unnecessary work for our PIU…
