Where do states go to determine if a provider applicant was recently removed from an exclusion list so you can assign the appropriate risk level? If you don’t mind emailing dmmartino@nd.gov with that information or replying to all, that would be fantastic.

ND currently has a waiver that expires next month. We’ve submitted another SPA to get that extended for another two years.

Hello,
I’ve reached out to CMS but I’m wondering if the guidance that CMS issued last year specific to enrolling Medicare providers for purposes of processing claims for Dual Eligibles and establishing cost share. Is any state of the opinion that we need to make payments on services or supplies we don’t currently cover?
