The PARIS Board of Directors is excited to announce multiple openings and is seeking nominations to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity to influence operations that empower our partnering states and territories. Whether you wish to nominate yourself or someone you know, we encourage you to take action!
Why Join the PARIS Board?
As a board member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of program integrity by contributing to impactful initiatives, working closely with professionals nationwide, and expanding technical networks. Your efforts will directly support innovations that enhance state and territorial operations across the country.
To effectively serve on the board, you will need to:
· Attend monthly conference calls, training conferences, and planning meetings.
· Collaborate proactively through email to fulfill the board’s mission and goals.
Your Responsibilities
As a valued member of this forward-thinking group, you will:
· Plan, prepare, and provide technical support for key tasks.
· Conduct acceptance testing and validate file transmittals.
· Offer recommendations for process upgrades and provide enhancement feedback.
· Guide and shape future initiatives with strategic focus.
· Leverage a national network of SPAA systems professionals to share knowledge on current and emerging technologies.
· Play an integral role in planning and participating in the annual training conference.
Nomination Packages
Submit a complete nomination package, including:
· A letter of interest (if self-nominating) or nomination, highlighting accomplishments in utilizing PARIS matching data (maximum of one page).
· A current chronological resume.
· A written commitment from your management, authorizing the time commitment to support PARIS Board objectives.
Application Deadline
All nomination packages must be emailed to Jared.Shaffer@state.co.us and cc to PARIS@ACF.HHS.GOV by **Friday, February 27, 2026.** New members will be appointed following approval by ACF and a majority vote of existing board members.
