PPR is one of our sanctions.  We can put providers on 100% PPR (review all their claims) or only certain procedure codes, diagnosis codes etc. When placed on PPR they have to submit paper claims and attach the documentation required for the service billed.  MO HealthNet Division have consultants that are peers that&hellip;</p>
