Has anyone utilized their T-MSIS data in place of their PERM submission? Has anyone done a comparison of the data run in both PERM format and T-MSIS format?

Hey Bernadette,

While ND has not had this specific issue, we did have a kind of similar one around a CRNA supplying anesthesia in a dental clinic. Essentially, we allowed it but rewrote policy in the provider manual to reflect where a CRNA had to capture what was done and how to submit this to Medicaid. I have the language below:

Hi everyone,

I’m curious how many state Medicaid agencies enroll: PTA’s, OTA’s and SLPTA’s? And, since we are on the subject, are they reimbursed at a reduced rate? If possible, can you reply here but also email me at: smcnichols@nd.gov. Oh, and have any states had issues specific to these providers? Thanks everyone.
