topic: RAC: Recovery Audit Contractors

Do any states have a RAC that is NOT paid on a contingency fee?? is it successful? If so would you be willing to share contract language or discuss with me?

also I’d love to hear from anyone who feels they have a successful RAC contingency fee or not.
