State PI Department Structure Document
Hi Kevin,
The project, Program Integrity 360, that I worked on last year has this information. The request has been submitted to add the information collected to the NAMPI Portal Resource Library. As soon as the information is uploaded, I will let you know. If this is an urgent request, let me know and I can share my spreadsheet with you directly.

Hi Lynda,
I appreciate your interest in this information, which unfortunately is not yet public. I am working with the NAMPI Board to get this information onto the NAMPI Member Portal site, hopefully soon. Once this information is on the website, we will communicate this to all NAMPI Members through the NAMPI Regional Representatives.
V/r,
Duane
