ND currently has a waiver that expires next month. We’ve submitted another SPA to get that extended for another two years.

This is specific to an attending providers responsibility and not how they are billed. What are they expected to do as an attending for SUD treatment? That type of deal.

Hi Floyd,

Our enrollment vendor relies on Medicare screenings when able or conduct site visits via Facetime or another platform that includes live video/audio. Once a facility has had a site visit and if new PTs are added to that location we just call the location to confirm that they work there and are not required to conduct the actual site visit again.
